Initial Inspection
You'll be visited by one of our staff for an initial inspection and documentation of your home to evaluate things like overall grime buildup, composition of dirt/debris, the types of materials/surfaces that require washing, as well as evaluating any supplemental services that would benefit the home further. You'll then receive a quote for the job as well as a date we can get started.
Cleaning Day
The trucks arrive fully loaded and ready to go! We'll tap into your water supply, or if necessary, we may bring a tanker for an extra charge. All the outlets and sensitive electronics are then taped and secured to ensure no stray water intrusion.
Once the truck has enough water, the job begins by rinsing down fragile property such as plants, bushes, trees, doors, and wood or metal surfaces to prevent discoloration. Then, depending on the evaluation, we'll mix a proprietary ratio of cleaning solution and water for your home's surfaces. After the treatment, the property is rinsed down to remove solution, dirt, and grime.
Final Inspection
After the job is done, our staff will take photos, show you around and make sure that the job has been done to your satisfaction, as well as answer any questions. You’ll see results immediately, but the real magic reveals itself after the home has had time to fully dry.
Specialized Cleaning
Concrete
We have specialized tools to deliver a controlled blast to concrete, asphalt and stone surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, walkways, porches and patios. For even surfaces we use large-format surface cleaners for streak-free results. For uneven surfaces, such as retaining walls and brickwork, we use high-pressure jet nozzles to meticulously remove grime.
Microbial Growth – Roofing
We only use diluted mixtures softly applied to asphalt shingles. The solution targets organic molecules such as algae and removes discoloration without causing granular loss, keeping your roof warranty intact and your home looking new.
